- Every year hundreds of people complete yoga teacher training across Australia. But graduating from training does not guarantee the opportunity to teach.
- The reality is that many new teachers finish their training feeling inspired and ready, yet struggle to find a pathway into a real studio environment.
- Australia now has thousands of yoga studios and a rapidly growing wellness industry worth hundreds of millions of dollars.
- Yet the transition from training to teaching remains one of the biggest challenges for emerging teachers.
- Launchpad was created to bridge that gap.
A Growing Industry
- Yoga continues to grow across Australia.
- More than 10,000 people now work in yoga and Pilates studios nationwide and millions of Australians practice yoga each year as part of their health and wellbeing routine.
- But while training programs continue to expand, structured pathways into teaching remain limited.
- Launchpad was created to support emerging teachers as they take that first step.
What Launchpad Provides
- Launchpad is a structured teacher development program designed to support emerging teachers through:
• mentorship
• practical studio experience
• professional development
• real teaching opportunities
- The program supports teachers as they transition from training into teaching within a professional studio environment.
Applications
- Program capacity is limited.
- Small group membership.
- Launchpad is designed for emerging teachers who are ready to move from training into real studio experience.
- Full program details are provided upon enquiry but will include attending classes, being mentored by a Senior Teacher, support and work with Senior Teachers, design, promote, and deliver your own classes over a 6 week period.
- Program Investment: $495 (includes 6 classes to practice and 6 weeks to teach).
