Step into one of the most transformative journeys of your life. Over 9 weeks, immerse yourself in the discipline of the Bikram Method — 26 postures, 2 breathing exercises — and graduate with the knowledge, discipline, and confidence to lead classes with authenticity and heart  

Program Highlights

  • Daily practice & posture clinics – refine technique, alignment, and corrections

Requirements & Standards

  • 9 Bikram classes per week during training
  • Dialogue recitation, live teaching, written reflection, and peer review
  • 80% attendance minimum
  • First Aid certification required (self-arranged)
