We offer one-off sessions or can create a wellness programme that you can introduce into your workplace. We customise classes to your workplace environment, desired goals or outcomes.
one° offers relaxing practices such as Yin Yoga or Yoga Nidra and even ergonomic exercises and stretching for those who sit at their desk all day!
If you and your team are after something more energetic, we can opt for a more intense Sweat Sesh such as heated Yoga or Hot HIIT Pilates (our studio is fully equipped with showers, toiletries and hairdryers).
Our team of highly qualified instructors are happy to host you and your team at our centrally located City Studio, or can come to you to host a class in your workspace.
