DIRECT DEBIT MEMBERSHIPS:
Extensions:
No holds, extensions or transfers available once membership has been activated. This applies to all our in-studio passes, memberships and On Demand services; with the exception that memberships allow for a suspension of maximum 2 weeks a year (see below).
Suspension:
You can suspend your in-studio Membership for a maximum of 2 weeks. We require 2 weeks notice in order to suspend your membership. No cancellation or suspension fees. Memberships cannot be cancelled while suspended.
Cancellation:
Minimum term of 6 months then after that 2 weeks written notice for cancellation of membership.
Renewal:
Your Membership will automatically renew.
Refund Policy:
This package is non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
Direct Debit:
Your Direct Debit will be deducted on a weekly basis.
UPFRONT MEMBERSHIPS (3, 6 OR 12 MONTHS):
Extensions:

Your Membership will automatically renew.
Direct Debit:
Your Direct Debit will be deducted on a monthly basis.
CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS
Late Cancellation:
Cancellation must be one hour prior to class commencing. Failure to do so is $10 fee.
No Show:
Failure to turn up to class booked is $10 fee.
Casual classes/Class Passes: Booked and no show, class will be forfeited.
