BIKRAM 60

A condensed version of the traditional and original Bikram Yoga – that has been designed to deliver the same benefits in a shorter time frame. Our room is heated to around 40 with 40% humidity – delicious for promoting your flexibility, detoxifying and your cardio health. And for those who have a busy schedule it is a perfect amount of time to a strong practice.

What to bring: mat, water, towel, spare towel just in case (you will get sweaty).

What to wear: tight and light clothing that you are comfortable in. Men wear shorts or bike shorts, women wear leggings, shorts, t-shirts, yoga tops or tank tops. Whatever it is – it will be wet.

BIKRAM 90

The Bikram method of hatha yoga is a structured yoga practice of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises in a heated room.

The 90 minute class is designed specifically to systematically work every part of the body, enhancing flexibility, strength and mental focus.

The heat at 40dedgrees with 40% humidity helps to warm the muscles, promoting deeper stretching and detoficiation through sweat.

Each posture is practiced twice, so you can go deeper in to the second round.
We start with a breathing exercise, followed by standing postures, and then move onto the floor, before finishing with another breathing exercise.

It is a fabulous challenge, but is very suitable to all levels. If you are a beginner, you can take a break (hey even we still take breaks).

If you are looking for a consistent practice, one that is disciplined and challenges you both body and mind – this class has your name written all over it!

Vinyasa

A warm flow style class heated at 30 degrees. This yoga focuses on linking breath and movement with a flow of sequences and postures that are dynamically connected. All creating a fluid and meditative experience. It’s a fantastic way to connect your breath, movement and mind all together for 60 minutes.

What to bring: a mat, towel, water bottle.

What to wear: You will still work up a sweat, so keep it tight and light. You can wear shorts and t-shirts or your favourite yoga gear.

Yin Yoga

A slower paced, meditative yoga, focusing on deep connective tissues of the body – ligaments, joints, facia. The emphasis is on stillness and relaxation with postures held for between 3-5 minutes. It is a glorious way to relax and connect, and move deeply into your body.

What to bring: a towel, mat, bolster (optional), water.

What to wear: leggings or loose pants. Something comfortable that you can roll around in and that doesn’t restrict your movement.

Be Strong

A full body weights class with no heat. Long, slow, focused weights for everybody. It’s a fantastic class supported by a dedicated teacher, to take you through the postures, at any level. We use dumbbells, bodyweight, kettle bells to strengthen and build muscle.

In the meantime weights also help boost metabolism, improve bone density, improves joint health and increases functional fitness.

BeFlexible

A 60 minute class without heat, this beautiful class uses bands and your own body to increase the ability of your joints to move, reduces stiffness, lengthens your muscles and connective tissue and alleviates tightness and soreness.

It’s not yoga, it’s not stretching – it is moving your body through a range of postures and motions to open and extend

Be Mindful

Being mindful in breath, in movement in your whole being. This practice offers work
