As the Festival of the Dead approaches, we honour what must be released — old stories, stagnant energy, the parts of ourselves that no longer serve.
Primal Release is a one-hour immersive ritual that blends chanting, breath, sound, and raw movement. It’s not about polish, it’s about letting go. Guided safely through intensity and silence, you’ll sweat, shake, and break through.
This is meditation as ceremony: a space to face the shadow, release what’s heavy, and return lighter.
